At George's Hotel and restaurant

Finally had the chance to try and dined in at one of the finest and highly recommend restaurant in the town, no other than St George's Hotel. It happened that my friend's birthday do was held in there and oh it was definitely one of the best I have been to. I had the sumptuous T-boned steak served with chips and mushroom and finished it with a scrumptious lemon tart with sorbete and it was absolutely heaven. I highly recommend the place!!

Baked salmon with tomatoes

This the simplest and easiest dish I can make. If I feel like so hungry and couldn't wait any longer than 40 minutes then this dish is the perfect solution. Healthy, easy to prepare and less hassle. Salmon baked with cheese and tomatoes served with couscous salad. Leave a comment if you want the recipe 😊👌👍❤️

Finest Sunday Roast Lamb

When it comes to roasting lamb, no one beats my husband. It becomes my favourite dish of all time. Last night, he made us his specialty again and oh never in a million times I'll get enough with it. Finest roast lamb I ever tasted, served with his finest leek cheese, baked-roast potato, finest gravy and lovely veggies. We don't need to go to restaurant as we are capable of cooking an even more delish. Well my husband definitely can and that's a fact! Here's our dinner last night...

Dined out on Mother's day

"One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating." - Luciano Pavarotti
My loving family took me out for dinner to the newly opened American restaurant in the town. Our 2nd time in the place and decided it is not as great food as they charges. It's like an expensive version of Frankie & Benny - but, quality wise is quite the same. Oh well...we still enjoyed the food.

Chinese Resto in Liverpool

Dined out with the ladies at Chinese restaurant in Liverpool on my birthday. It was not bad for a lunch buffet as affordable as £15 per person. But will surely try different Resto next time when we hit the big City. That will be in 2 weeks time with few friends who will come over to stay for few days to spend Easter with us. Oh, don't you just love Chinese food? We surely do :)

Chicken Soup or Tinola

Since my kids loves my Tinola I often make it at least once a week. They'll love it with steamed rice and can eat almost the whole pot. Well, the 3 of them! I love it myself too. Is it somehow the easiest and quickest food to prepare for them. So last Monday I made them the special Mummy's Tinola for their supper. And they were all happy and exciting when I told them just in e bus what they are having for dinner. Imagine that? If they are happy, I am too!

Here's the picture after as well as my ingredients:

Whole Chicken (chopped into big cubes or any cut sizes)
Bell pepper
ground black pepper
Sweet cabbage/spinach/string beans
Potato and carrots (optional depending on what I've got in the kitchen)
Sayote (would be great)
Onions
Garlic
Garlic granules
Chicken cubes/all purposes maggie magic sarap
salt
Oil

Ask me my recipe, or cook it your own way as you prefer lol
